Leisure 20 for sale Windermere

Bought a 76 leisure 20 as a project, but unfortunately my mum passed away so I’m just not going to have the time to finish her now 😢
Needs a full refurb. Zero upholstery/cushions, all internal ply fittings need replacing. Fin keel, mast, rigging and two sets of sails in really good order. Ideally she needs to come off the water for minor hull scuff/scrape damage, anti foul and refurb.
Great cheap project for someone. Currently on a swinging mooring on Windermere near waterhead. Stunning views of the langdale. Open to offers really either with or without the mooring.
